Save Print for each plot keeps popping up

Hi,

Have an issue on one of my CMMs with the global settings not measurement plan specific. When CNC start is selected the pdf option is unchecked and greyed out. When it finishes the run, each characteristic that has a plot (surface profiles) it takes a screenshot and requests the operator to save each and every file. Not sure how this was turned on and if there is a way to restore this back to default where all the screenshots are compiled and multiple reports are sent out.

Multiple reports looks good, checked the environment paths as well and no special settings are being used to name the files. Weird bug and wondering what my next steps are. Call into Zeiss is ongoing. Has anyone come across this before?

Go to resources, scroll down and select "results to file" and make sure the PDF is selected in the on position.
