Subsequent Evaluation - Warning... Part Number Updated

The title says it all. When I want to re-evaluate a part it keeps changing the part number by appending _SE to the end. I don't want this. How do I turn this "feature" off? 😕

Thanks,
Robert

I have never tried to turn it off, don't know if you could. I do know you can remove the _SE in the printout header data button. Just highlight it and hit backspace.

You can check - "keep system info" checkbox - but for protocol i would remove that "_SE" too to prevent apearing on protocol.

When i do mass reevaluate from measured points, i copy selected ones and rename them to numbers to have them on protocol - otherwise part indent will be as name of measured point file.

Well... the good news is that if you remove the appended text from the Report Header Data / Input Parameter dialogue box in the Extension part No. area, leave it blank, and save the plan, it stays that way. So at least it's plan dependent. I just need to add that to my template programs and it's all good. It would be nice if you could change it globally but I can work with this.

Thanks for the reply, Martin/David. 🙂
