Problem with senor callibration Code 0203

Good Afternoon everybody

Yesterday our GOM Scaner stopped working normaly.

It wasnt able anymore to locate most of the referance-points (only 2-3 out of 15).

When i try to callibrate the sensor with the callibration plate from the ASOS-Scan Box it shows me the error 0203 (see attached pictures).

I tried to restart the whole system and even cleaned the plate and sensors.

Also the pictures in the setup mode look fine and i can´t spot any mistake there.

I hope someone who had the same problem can help me

Hello,

the shadow on the right of the calibration object looks wrong to me. Please contact the gom support with this problem.

It seems that the shadow also appears with the light.

Improve resolution.

Make sure the information of the calibration plate inside the software is correct

Light should be uniform all over the specimen and use polarizers if required.
