[Ri...]
Good morning, Has anyone seen where GearPro just doesn't evaluate the data from an inspection (mainly on Profile/Helix measurements). On the Helix measurements, I was able to mess around with the evaluation lengths and get it to evaluate, but it's weird and make no sense. Some of the teeth have incomplete measurements due to this being a long pinion gear, and I'm having to use automatic stylus selection, so it is picking up some, and not all of some. [Ro...]
Hello Richard Shomaker.2, 1. you can use the 3D view to check if the measurement data extend over the entire area. 2. it is also possible that filtering is taking place and the fiter is too small or the point spacing is too large. I forgot to mention that while the data doesn't show on the report, if I export the data to QDAS, there are results, they are just not shown on the report. I don't believe there is a 3d view anymore with the latest version of GearPro.
[Ro...]
Hello Richard Shomaker.2, if the dialog pop up to show the final protocol you will find a small tab in the bottom area "3D-view". Roy
[Ri...]
Roy, GearPro 2020 introduced a new reporting output. I do not see the 3d view anymore.
