Measurement Attribute not appearing

I have a measurement attribute that seems to disappear even if the keys are matched correctly.

${Qdb.Part(1041)} / ${Qdb.Measurement(59)}

The data type is set as "Character string".

Below is the header from the DMO:
TEXT/OUTFIL,'K1041: 24038731'
TEXT/OUTFIL,'K0059: 06'

The K1041 shows up correctly, but the K0059 displays an empty string. I thought about creating a new Part attribute that would point to K0059, but I can't figure how that is possible. Catalog was also an option but this handles very dynamic info so I'd have to build a large database to cover it all. I presume the powers that be who created this configuration wanted this information set as a measurement attribute so that the monitor user can use a filter for it. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It just dawned on me that I was worried about it not populating in the Designer module. When opened in Monitor, all field populate correctly.
