Any way to check plane profile on multiple features without FF or curve? Would I be able to check this callout with just curve?

I think only option is space point distance, but it will be really time-consuming and complicated .

Yes, since your DRF is fully constrained, you can apply Surface Profile to individual planes and cylinders (3D features). Using FF and Curves allows you apply profiles to multiple features and get a single result.

Space points are another option that I have used many times. Not sure about how complicated it is.

Sice you have fully constrained, then you can apply surface profile to two planes and one cylinder ( so 3x profile callouts ) and then use MAX characteristic to pick the worst one.

If you go this route, using MAX characteristic, you can mask the 3 profile characteristics from printing so your report is not cluttered up.

Some companies don't know this feature is a separate charge and don't get it until they find out they cannot find profile without it.
