Curve start and end points

Is there a way to change where the curve starts and ends? Rather than at a tangent between a radius and flat, to be along the flat of the curve?

Open the curve and go to the points list. Select all the points you want to move. Right click-cut, position your cursor where you want to move them in the list, and then paste before/paste after. I usually cut from the beginning and paste at the end of the list.
