Never had this issue in the past. I am setting up a template program, Calypso 2020. Changed a few things from the default and was successful after saving the program. The only things that will not change is the Retract and Clearance Distances. Went to System Settings: Measurement Methods then the travel tab. Changed the clearance and retract distances to what we need and when I start to program, they do not reflect the new values in the settings page, still at factory default. I've shut down Calypso and restarted the computer and it still doesn't change. Can someone shed some light on this issue?

If you're tryin to set up a template program with everything (evaluations, file paths, points density, report type, ect.) that you can use to create every new program, you'll have to make the changes within that program (defaults only go to new programs) and then save it. Use the "measurement plan editor features' to change features settings and then use the "characteristics editor" to change their settings the way you want them to be and then save the program and name it accordingly, I name mine 'start program' but you can name it what ever you want.
