[Ri...] Posted June 17, 2021 Author Share Posted June 17, 2021 Planner developed styli do not align with any feature I select from any model from any program or from a new program with any model. ❓ This is creating programs that appear to have correct geometry, but when ran on a CMM, the styli wont even come close to the actual programmed values. [To...] Posted June 17, 2021 Share Posted June 17, 2021 Please sign in to view this quote. First things first. Go to Resources > Utilities > Set Base Alignment to Zero. If that doesn't fix the problem, then open the Simulation window Click lower right icon (modify cad model). Select model and choose Rotation Axis and Angle amount. Then, Apply. I remember an Applications Engineer remoting in to my PC and finding that something went wrong with the Master Probe. He ended up fixing it for me but I can't remember how or what he did. [Ri...] Posted July 7, 2021 Author Share Posted July 7, 2021 Zeiss attempted a Master Probe fix, it did not work out properly. Then via email another fix was sent, it still did not work out properly.
