The status has been in the "In Progress" stage for 30 min. How long are you guys having to wait for a new updated license? The old email sent me back this.. 1. Visit „License Manager“ Feature 2. Open „Activate & Return“ Tab 3. Upload your XML file(s) and get immediate response! I am assuming I will get this xml file when the In progress stage ends???? [No...] Posted June 23, 2021 Share Posted June 23, 2021 I've requested the 2021 licenses yesterday and got an e-mail with a zip attached in about 10-15 minutes. The process (here in Germany) is not automatic. After clicking the request button (or whatever it was called) I got a message to the effect that it's sent in for approval. Then, the English version in late summer. However, with COVID, many things are different, i.e. 1 service pack for 2019???. Maybe you can't get a license because it is too early. [Ja...] Posted July 1, 2021 Share Posted July 1, 2021 Same thing happened to me. Called Zeiss, they said the portal was having issues. They manually pushed it through. Never got an email but the Entitlement ID was updated, which I just copied into the Activator. Now the portal doesn't even show our licenses though.
