Planner Install and Setup

I need some serious help with Planner.
I've installed an setup probably over 40 Planner seats in the past 20 years. I have never seen the BS I am getting from v7.x.

The following screen shots are of the RDS and Master probe as loaded when viewed by Simulation mode.
1. A single point probed on the surface of the CMM Plate.
2. Simulation Mode showing relation to Master Probe and CMM Plate as displayed.

As you can see in the second image the Master Probe drives completely thru the CMM Plate in an unknown incalculable value. X and Y axis are off some unknown value as well.
All of the CAD is generated by Planner, simple options you turn on and off.

I've spent days now, Install, Uninstall, Install, Uninstall. Same BS.
It is impossible to create a program. The geometry pulled from models is NOT related to the Geometry of any Stylus within Planner when ran on a physical CMM.

😡 🤬 😡 🤬

I don't know anything about planners, so all I can do is offer a guess at what might be going on. It could be a corrupted config. file, have you tried replacing it with a file from one of the other CMMs?

I was having the same issue. I had to contact Zeiss and put in a service ticket.

The agent had to set up a new CMM configuration for me, he also did some things within the stylus creator.

I wasn't paying to much attention to remember what he was doing to fix it.

Initially this is what I do. I use a "Config" folder from an existing CMM and then create probes in Stylus System Creator.
That was the first sh#t show.
Then I did an uninstall, re-install bare bones.
Attempted to create the probes from Stylus System Creator and that was the second Sh#t show.
Now, the third uninstall and re-install is the third Sh#t show. This time, everything is the same as the first two attempts but not one PDF driver or program was installed.

The install package was downloaded directly from Zeiss.
That file is being deleted.
