[Aa...] Posted May 26, 2021 Share Posted May 26, 2021 We have a CMM that we got in 2015. In the intervening years, our SMA on that machine has lapsed. We are having software issues that I'm told the latest service pack on 2015 will rectify. If I can get in and download it from the portal, will Calypso allow me to install the service pack without Zeiss having to tell it our SMA is active?
