Hello together i wanted to know how the value for the tolerance between two surfaces is calculated.
I need to know so we can take actions against the measured value that we can get a good Cmk value.

This is the problem zone, between the red marked groove ground and the reference X

Thank you for your help

Thank you this was a point where i was not sure.

But another question is: does the flatness of ref X is calculated within this position?

the problem is that Ref X is unmachined

These are the measured results the value 0,7 is on point but the flatness of Ref X is almost 0,04mm and so is the Position tolerance.

ur Plane got a flatness error and a position error.

for the position the point wich got the highest distance from ur 0.700 is taken.

So if u search ur error, is good to split that the tools can get a correction.

sorry for bad english. not use it very much.
