LineScan & wbscan connection qualification error

My unprofessional advice would be to contact Zeiss. I had a ticket open previously for a similar Calypso / WB scan connection issue. There have been improvements with the communication between the two programs in the newer versions of Calypso and W/B scan. I haven't had any connection issues like this since upgrading to Calypso 2019. The lack of available information for trouble shooting the LineScan is frustrating.
