Calypso 7.0 (26.08.2020) tool bar icons disappearing

Has anyone experienced icons in the tool bar disappearing randomly? Sometimes we will get the unhandled exception error before this happens and sometimes not. We end up having to close Calypso and re-starting the software. Once we do that, the buttons will re-appear. It is not all the buttons, just some of them. Specifically the stylus system icons. We installed this version sometime last fall and have been getting the unhandled exception error occasionally since the update but the buttons disappearing is new this week. We have not re-installed the update yet. This may be our next step.

Any help or if anyone is experiencing this, it would be great to get the conversation started with Zeiss. Thank you in advance.

I am running 5.2 so just a wild guess. We are not allowed Administrator permissions and it creates issues with Calypso.

I moved everything I could to the C:\users\public folder and things seem to work better.
