Unhandled exception ZEN 3.2

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and I have just installed ZEN 3.2 connected to Axiocam105 Color. I get an unhandled exception in the software. Reinstalling did not work unfortunately.
Can someone please bring up a solution? I've been investigating XML files, but no luck.

Did you have any luck solving this? As the reinstalling did not work for me as well :/
