[Za...] Posted April 13, 2021 Share Posted April 13, 2021 When using best fit and under evaluation constraints if I just check the "Around Z Axis" does that mean I am blocking the rotation around Z, or that I am allowing rotation around Z? [Za...] Posted April 13, 2021 Author Share Posted April 13, 2021 Thanks Owen! That is how we have been doing it. I hit F1 in Calypso and under Geometry Best Fit it said "Degrees of freedom. You can restrict the degrees of freedom of the best fit. Click the Evaluation Constraints button and activate the check box for the movements which are to be blocked during the best fit."
