Probe head won't drive all the way into the sockets to pick up probe

So, we have a problem. After Removing the probe rack from the machine to do something requiring more of the envelope than the rack would allow, putting it back, and picking all the sockets up in Calypso with the MasterProbe, the machine won't pick the probes up from the rack. It's like it doesn't want to drive far enough into the socket.

Anyone else seen anything like this?

I hope I remember the number correctly, Zeiss tech will align the rack to X axis within cca. 0.2mm.

Check the rotating disc at the back of the holder. It can be intentional rotated if not handled properly. Make sure the correct pin on the disc matches up with the slot in the adapter plate.

Nailed it. The operator had not correctly oriented the rack. When he told me the problem was all 4 sockets, I knew this had to be the problem. Thanks for the thought. We're running smoothly, now.
