Qualification Min Max points

I wonder if is possible to obtain the Min Max points from the probe qualification, looks like is not possible with the sdoInfo

s (sigma) is the standard deviation, not the range. To calculate s by yourself you need the know the number of used values and each single value.
1. calculate the average
2. calculate the variance
3. calculate s

Of course is not the same, what I'm looking for is: the range (max - min)...
The question is how to obtain the value or how to obtain the qualification points in order to make myself the calculations.

This range values (max-min) used to be available in Umess for probe qualification.
