True position GDT

Hi,

I need help making sure that my understanding for this FCF is correct or not.
[ True position | .005 TOTAL | -D- ]
FCF is for a hole at a set distance .500 from plane -D-.
I am thinking this mean in simple terms that tolerance on .500 is ± .005?
Or does it mean tolerance is ±.0025 ?
Which one is correct?

Jayesh is on the right track. Without seeing the actual FCF, my opinion is the axis of the hole must lie within two parallel planes .005 apart, parallel to datum D, with center located exactly .500 from D. If the axis of the hole is perfectly parallel to D, then you would have the full ±.0025. On the other hand, if the parallelism of the full axis to D was .005, then your location from D would have to perfect.
