As the Team Lead for the Help Desk, I can attest that our Applications Engineers have spent hours developing content that has now been added to our Knowledge Base for everyone to view. If you have not had the chance to see it, please take a look and offer any feedback you have. It can be accessed through the ZEISS Portal. With that said, I am sure many of you have spent hours developing content for this forum and answering questions here as well. We see all of your hard work, and we want to make sure you can be rewarded and this work can be immortalized in our Knowledge Base! Using the link Jason provided above, please don’t hesitate to submit any information already posted to the forum. We want to combine all of the helpful information into one, easy to search, location.
