[Ju...] Posted February 11, 2021 Share Posted February 11, 2021 Hello, I recently upgraded from 5.4.16 to 6.8.08, and I've noticed quite a few little issues but the biggest thing for me is I will wright a program and it runs fine then out the blue I will loose my characteristic page completely . My features are all still there so I'll rebuild the characteristic page save it again and it might run a couple times fine and then vanish again. This doesn't happen a lot but its very frustrating never the less . Has anyone had this issue or know a way to resolve it? Thank You. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Ow...] Posted February 11, 2021 Share Posted February 11, 2021 My guess is that something got fuzzy during the install and you'll probably have to re-install. There are a lot of changes between them two versions. I'd call the help line at 1-800-327-9735 and have them walk you thru the steps needed to correct the problem.
