Circle on 2 planes

I have done this before, but I can't remember how I did it.2494_a35bfd61e3031fe12f626fbba47b685c.jpg
I need to create a circle Ø.186 to get my .749 dimension. I do not have a solid model. I have the two planes that form the V, but I can't remember how to align the circle to them.
Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to create lines using an intersection and each plane, so that worked. I can't figure out how to create a line just using a plane. Is there an easy way to do that?
Thanks

offset each plane the radius distance, and they will intersect at the circle centerline. You can place a theo plane at each end and get intersection in both places. You can then make a theo circle with formula using those coordinates, or result element and do the math.

That's what I would do is intersect the planes with the plane that's perpendicular to it to get lines. You could do it on both ends. I think offsetting the planes like John mentioned works too.
