[Li...] Posted February 2, 2021 Share Posted February 2, 2021 Yesterday and then again this morning I have been having issues. Yesterday the screen blacked out but came back. There were two messages I got. In the status window it got "Error 418 Problem with floating mean value formation. The second was a message about ACIS pocket failed, or something like that. The moving the CAD model since then on the screen and been slow and laggy. Hesitates in rotation and zoom in/zoom out movement. This morning I got "No Connection" message along with the attacted message. I eventually connected without me doing anything. Issue with CAD continues today. Anyone have any ideas? [Li...] Posted February 2, 2021 Author Share Posted February 2, 2021 I would have done that first off, (restart the computer) but IT has this service account thing on the computer and its always an issued getting back to the network that has all the programs on it. Yeah thats pretty standard god forbid IT has to do some work outside of telling people to turn their equipment on and off. It took me two years to convince these guys that the issues im having didn't have anything to do with the zeiss but their network. They did everything but look into their network set up and I mean everything years of meetings and trying to get Zeiss to do something just kicking the can down the road, changing all the cables, everything and anything they could think of that would be someone elses problem.
