Radial Runout is a combination of Concentricity (ISO) and Roundness. You would have to create two separate characteristics to evaluate them individually. Axial Runout is a combination of Parallelism/Perpendicularity and Flatness. Same principle would apply. I'm sure they could do it, but people would complain either way.
