[Br...] Posted September 13, 2022 Share Posted September 13, 2022 I have always used the GOM Inspect 2016 and my company issued me a new computer and now I no longer have it. I went to the myGom website to download it today and I cannot find any previous versions of GOM Inspect. I was once able to view and download any of the older versions of GOM from this site. Gom doesn't provide 2016 setup file access anymore for GOM Inspect . On the official website the oldest version whose setup access is available is GOM Inspect 2019 . Kindly follow this steps to download the 2019 setup ( If interested ) - Suggested Method hope this work well and sort your issues . The easiest way is to go to my.gom.com and go to the software area. on the left side you can search for a specific version. If you are needing a previous version of the software, you can try reaching out to your local support and they may have the software you are looking for. This should cover software versions from 2019 and up to 2023. If you require an even older version, I recommend reaching out to your support provider, as they may be able to source older versions for you. [Ma...] Posted May 20 Share Posted May 20 Hello Kyle, Thank you for the hint. I managed to install the software to the new PC. Now I have a different problem. First, it seems to work fine, all features available with the sub license key but after a few seconds the software crashes and closes. I have contacted the local distributor of GOM but they won't support unless we pay. For me it seems this is rather an IT issue but I have no idea how to solve. [St...] Posted May 20 Share Posted May 20 Hi Mate, this kinda sounds like you are trying to run older software on Windows 11. Only software versions 2022 or higher is running on Windows 11. Everything else wont be supported by ZEISS. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

[Ky...] Posted May 20 Share Posted May 20 Hi, you could always ask your IT to to get a support version of windows and reimage the PC to 10 or 7 depending on the version needed. or as Steven suggested you may need to move to 2022 and that would require an active SMA on that dongle to request a update to the newer License version.
