If you activate Default Printout under Resources > Define Report (formerly Define Report), click the Default Report (formerly Default Printout) tab. Un-tick the Background checkbox. This will provide live output of the results when you click on the Show default printout icon (1st icon to the left of the Run icon) With Background ticked, you can still get results but it will only be a snap shot of the current data.
