error message

Lately we been getting this error message popping up . It shuts the program down and have to restart. Has anybody out there had to deal with this if so how did you fix. It looks like something with the printer.

I had a problem a while back, i don't have screen shots from my issue so i don't know if they are the same as your issues.
The fix was to delete and re install the PDF drivers from the installation disks.
If you do this you will def need the Calypso install disks and admin rights to your computer, being on call with tech service may help as well.

Delete Zeiss PDF drivers you already have installed.
Install Novapk and Novasv EXE files from your disk.
Run the ZeissVBS file from your install disk
Reboot.
