[Ri...] Posted December 16, 2020 Share Posted December 16, 2020 It looks like you might have something corrupted. Is this on a machine or an offline seat? If it's just an offline seat, you could try going to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO\ and renaming the config folder to config.bak Try to open Calypso again, and see if it loads properly this time. If that doesn't help, you might have to uninstall and then reinstall Calypso. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Tr...] Posted December 16, 2020 Author Share Posted December 16, 2020 Thanks for the response. It is an offline seat and I tried what you suggested. This time when I opened calypso it seems to have created a new config folder, now I have the new "config" folder and a "config.bak" also calypso lost all of my stylus system and settings.
