FLR definition... for all Measurements Plans

Hello guys
I'm trying to save reports in the calypso program but I'm not getting it. Do you know the FLR definition?
In Calypso 2015 and 2016 it exists but in 2018 it does not appear ...
The path is resources / name for output files / ... for all Measurements Plans
Ex: I select the output File and I click Name oh output file variable and I also click applies for all users
And below is the definition with the FLR
Ex: Compact printout FLR
And in the 2018 version it looks like this:
Compact printout Undefined
