[Ni...] Posted November 27, 2020 Share Posted November 27, 2020 Hi all, So my company doesn't do many high production runs, mostly 1-20 off high tolerance parts. However we have one job in particular that seems to be repeat and we would like to make the inspection process more streamline. I vaguely remember in my advanced Calypso class the instructors speaking about using a pallet system (sorry if that isn't the correct terminology) to mount say 9 parts equally spaced on a 24"x24" pallet and have the CMM measure one after another without having to do a manual alignment for each individual part. Can someone please give me a description of how a program would be setup to make this happen? I apologize if this makes no sense lol...I will elaborate if needed.
