(Help needed) Create the maximum bottom point of a curve hole

I wonder how should i take a point of the bottom of a curve hole like i show you in these pictures. I need to know these 2 máx distances points which there are necessary to create measure 17 and 18. I tried touch point(Disc) but a think it´s a wrong option in this case.

I hope this information will be enough to understand my doubt.

You simply have to measure the points using the opposite side of the normal. If the normal is Z+ you have to use Z-. I hope I explaned myself.
