Probing direction

[[SH...]]

While I taking points, sometime my vector goes to wrong direction eventhough I take point in correct area. Why does it happens, how can I control it. Does it affects my measurement?.

On an active head if you see this then most likely it didn't take a good point.

Does it depends upon the my speed?

This is taken by points not? So speed doesn't apply here. Perhaps make bigger clearence distance to take a while to touch.

Yes, it is a manual points. I observed when I moved fastly I got bad vector and slow movement always good vector.

On an active head the resulting vector depends on the direction in which the measuring force is (has to be) applied. For the point in your image my first guess would be that the probe was too close to the edge of the pink plane.
