Random Error Message of the Day

Hi All,

Today we seem to be getting a couple errors we haven't seen in the past. We have 3 Contura G2's and we have received this error message on two of them, one earlier this morning and one late in the afternoon. This error message requires a computer restart.

Has anyone come across this error message before? We updated to 2020 3-4 weeks ago if that is relevant.

Is it with just one specific program or all programs?
Best I can understand is it's having trouble operating/opening one element, maybe a graphic element?
Select to see the error report and it may be more specific.
If it's all programs, it's probably the new 2020 and I'd recommend getting with zeiss technical support (1-800-327-9735) to see if they can figure it out or maybe have a patch already made to correct it.
