Riddle me this batman...

Been running the same program out of Auto Run for 4yrs. Runs at least 3x month. Today I try to run the same program and it hits the Left limit switch (X axis). Its never done this. I know I am close to the limit for the machine, but it has ran this way for years until today....

Can you adjust the limits in the X ? And yes I have the fixture set up in the same place and I have also shut drives off and re homed the machine....

Thoughts?? Ideas ???

CP are good. I mean the actual head stops short in the X from what it has in the past 3 yrs of running this program.

Im racking my head looking at it and cant figure out why today its different from last wed....

Just throwing out ideas - has the stylus configuration been altered at all recently? For instance, if someone replaced an X+ probe with a new one that is a little longer, that would force the head to go further left to clear the CP.

For Re-homing you can use the short cut,no need to turn off the controller.
Shift+Return+ F12 for C99 controller
F11 for old controller.
I don't think homeing the machine solve the issue.

Peter... No. Its a straight down Disc probe. I even checked to see if the OD of the disc got changed but all is ok
