[Ke...]
In my current program, the rotary table position is of by 90 degrees, after performing the single tooling ball qualification. Wondering if copying & pasting features from a different RT program could cause this, or if anyone has any other ideas.

I would also strongly recommend at least the double sphere qualification. In your RT settings for your measurement plan, do you have it set to align the RT axis to the base alignment, and is it set to auto? You might be split between the X/Y axis, and it is just guessing, and guessing wrong.
[Ke...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Base Alignment Axis is (was) set to Auto. Pretty dumb that Auto is even an option, if it can cause confusion.... I rarely need to use the tooling ball method, and my parts are only 2" off the RT surface, and it comes within a couple of microns of a certified master plug size; but I'll definitely upgrade to the 2 TB method. [Ri...]
Well the auto works well except for when you place the Planar Rotation close to 45°. Lol.
