Standard Protocol - Measurement plan specific

Hi

I am trying to make life a bit easier to both our production and my self.
We are using the Standard Protocol for all of our parts and it is great, but sometimes the are more circles with the same diameter and then the production would ask which of the diameters is it that is out of tolerance.
So I would like to add a final page on each report with a CAD evaluation which only shows characteristics which is out of tolerance.

I am able to do it in the standard protocol. But then it is not for much use as it is very small. and not very useful.

How can I make a CAD evaluation on the final page?
Or maybe the CAD model in the center of the page, and then critical characteristics on this page with leaders to the CAD model

You can save a copy of the StandardProtocol and add a page to the end. Use the object Interactive CAD View. In the properties, set the source to Additional Data: Part. This will automatically use the automatically uploaded meshmodel from the program.

Then, double click on the page data binding button on the top left of the page.

Click on the filter button in the bottom right of the Data Binding tab, and enable "Characteristics out of tolerance"

Turn on Deviation labels and change the visualization to suit your needs.

That should make a generic CAD view so you can use the same report for every part, instead of making a custom one for every single part in your catalog.

Thank you very much, Laura..
I did this, just a little different. I made a copy of the object from another template 🙂

It is close to what I would like.
This is the result I get. I can see where on the part I have a non-conformance.
But I had hoped that I could make an interactive image like when I do a flatness evaluation on a CAD view, or similar to what GOM software can do.
