Sequence in autorun function

I've got 8 different measuring programs on a desk in the autorun environment.

I don't like the order in which the programs run If i select 4 or all 8 programs. I would like to prioritize which program's to run first when multiple are selected.

I tried the sequence function in autorun but it doesn't seem to get saved. When i reselect the programs after saving or applying the sequence the original sequence is being executed.

Hope anyone can help.

Kind regards

Should be able to select the program icons in the order you want while holding the CTRL key, up at the top select Measurement, Sequence and you will see your selected programs in the list in order. Click on Save Sequence, name it and click OK.
Repeat for other sequences you may need.
When ready to use the sequences, click the Sequences button in the bottom right corner of the Autorun screen and click on the Load Sequence (folder icon). Select the sequence you want to run, click Apply, OK and then run.

I'm not fond of letting operators load sequences.

They should be able to drag select the programs they want to run. If the order isn't consistent with their workflow they will make a lot of mistakes in the header data.

Somehow the autorun environment prioritizes one program over the other. I just need to know which variable this is so i can manipulate it.
I tried renaming the programs so they were in alfabethical order from highest to lowest priority. This didn't help.
It also doesn't seem to be related to last saved or added to Autoron

Kind regards,

As a last resort you could investigate the *.arn file itself with a text editor. It's in ASCII format. Maybe there's a relation between the run order and the order in which the programs appear in the file. But even if that'd be the case, I wouldn't recommend to edit it directly.
