[Me...]
Do you any of you know if we're supposed to have this option selected as a default? Most of our prints are for ASME & for some reason I have this selected.
[Ri...]
If you are evaluating to either ISO or ASME you should use ISO 5459 construction of datums.
[Cl...]
I found this on-line. Why are MMC/LMC not covered in this standard? Note 3 to entry: Datums with maximum material condition (MMC) or least material condition (LMC) are not covered in this International Standard (see ISO 2692). [Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. LOL!!! There are like 50 something ISO standards for various GPS topics. It's crazy compared to ASME with 1 standard for GPS.
[Da...]
Please sign in to view this quote. It’s so frustrating.. I feel ISO will never be as easy to use as ASME
[SH...]
ISO is an international standard and ASME is national standard, ISO showcasing their class. It would be better if all the GPS standard under one umbrella.
