METROTOM - CT Properties alignment

Hello all,

I have an issue using metrotomographie (newbie with that), can't match my STL file with CAD file more than 1 time, I explain :
After creating my program, loading STL file (CT Properties / CT dataset open) and then I run my program normally (looping the base alignment 3 times) and everything is OK : STL file is well aligned.

But when I want to run a second STL file (removing the first one before oading the second one), base alignment can't match STL file : each loop shift the STL file a little bit more than the precedent 🙁

Does anyone already got this problem ? Maybe I don't use the good way to load the second STL or remove the first one ?
