[Cl...]
Trying to report true position. I have an intersection from two cylinders. One is vertical, the other horizontal. When I intersect them and check "Shell", I get two options. They are Result 1 & Result 2. The difference between the two options is tenths in X & Y. How do I know which one to use? [Da...]
Use the one closer to right... 🤣
[SH...]
What is your trying to accomplish, what is your drawing requirements, what is the true position feature...

Without a pic, I'm going to assume perpendicularity of one cylinder is responsible for wall intersection discrepancy. If you selected axis there would be a singular choice ? Position when using a cylinder reports worst case, so dunno how your print looks.
[Da...]
I think it might be using Cylinder 1 as the intersector and cylinder 2 as the intersectee. Then flips it for the other reading. ???
[Cl...]
This is a gage from 1969 (I was 7!). There are no FCF's, just written callouts for concentricity and position (No datum's either).

[Ke...]
Is there a gage history report that you can compare results to? I'm guessing that... 3 years before I was born... they were not able to construct intersections using the "shell" of the cylinders? I could ask my dad 🤣 🤣
