Output table file when pressing approve

Hi

I am outputting table files for later evaluation in QDA, which is a program similar to Q-DAS.
My issue is that when a nonconformity on a part is found when doing inspection in our Contura it will output a table file without note if the part was approved or not.

So my question is. Is it, without PCM, possible to make a button which will make the table file when pressing Approve, Not approved and mark the table file with some kind of note that I can pickup and filter on?

You can do something like this with PiWeb, but I'm not sure about table files.
