Computer Cleanup

I am currently cleaning up my computer files and i came across a folder with the size of 27.1Gb.
Location: C:\Users\andre-szagesh\AppData\Local\Downloaded Installations

In this folder all I see is different folders with coded names.
example,

folder name: {F1AE8F0A-F2FC-4009-9878-D3B6E2F95C6A}
Contents,
1033.MST
CALYPSO 2016.msi

There is a total of 20 folders all containing calypso <Version>.msi files.

what is the use of these folders and can I delete some of these, if not all?
