simulation mode

I had a tech call me and say that our Accura is stuck in simulation mode. I had my IT guy take a look and he said he had it connected, but then I was told that all the probes were missing. I looked and he got it connected to the CMM but in simulation mode. When I tried to uncheck simulation mode and then connect it has a box open that says that the VASTXTR is connected and that the VAST was connected and to hit yes to delete all the probe data for that machine group. I do not know much about this and do not want to click yes without asking someone who knows more about it.

I would make sure you have a copy of your probes before you delete them.
