updating calypso

I am updating my calypso software but cannot locate any instructions on what exactly I need to do b/c I don't want to lose any info. Does anybody have the download/update instructions they can send my way.

Config <<Most important one I think
Work area ie Inspections/base systems/ results etc.

Also if you have custom reports headers etc from Pi Web Id copy those too. Sometimes upgrades will not bring those over

Updating calypso is not a piece of cake unless you're experienced. What type of license you have, you have to copy license file also.

Hello, first thing to do is to check if you can update your licences accordingly.

Within the Zeiss Portal you can check your licences and if they are eligible for an update.

If everything is ok with the licences i would suggest to install the new Calypso Version parallel.

In this case the new CY Version will report that an older Version was found and ask if all data should be imported.

Best Case scenario is a proper working CY installation with minimum effort.
