Hi there

I am new to this site but we have been using Contura for over 5 years

We are running Calypso 2015 and today my inspection people are unable to start the program due to some errors

Those errors are below

Make sure all the cables to the cmm and controller are still connected properly and shut down and restart everything, CMM and computer.
Is the computer hooked up to a network or the internet?
If so, it could be a windows update causing it or a network manager changing stuff remotely, just a guess.
You can reset the computer to go back to a previous version of Windows, not sure of the details on that but, had to do it once several years ago..
