[Ow...] Posted October 1, 2020 Share Posted October 1, 2020 Make sure all the cables to the cmm and controller are still connected properly and shut down and restart everything, CMM and computer. Is the computer hooked up to a network or the internet? If so, it could be a windows update causing it or a network manager changing stuff remotely, just a guess. You can reset the computer to go back to a previous version of Windows, not sure of the details on that but, had to do it once several years ago..
