What I figure is that when you pick a surface Calypso thinks your picking the back side and inverts it for you. How I came to this conclusion was in drawing lines. Calypso would think I want the line on the other side and no warning. But in that scenario it would not flip it and the probe would crash into the part trying to measure the line on the back side of the plane. It doesn't happen a lot but we have one client whose models are notorious for this. Once this message pops up I have to rotate all my lines 180 to get them facing correctly to the probes travel.
