How to Evaulate Position @MMC to Datums At MMB?

How would I setup the Characteristic for this. See Attachment.

Do I set up a TP Characteristic and toggle on MMC for the Primary Datum. I haven't seen this call out before. When I create my Char. I input the Feature and toggle MMC, then I input the Feature Datum to the Primary Spot and toggle MMC. I get default 0.000000. Is there another way to evaluate this data frame? Additionally, I have other drawings with 3 Datums at MMC also.
