- The winning component: 0.4 x 0.4 x 0.3 mm (0.016 x 0.016 x 0.0012").
- What temperature does to the parts and the CMM.

Nice, but I don't think temperature is much of an issue when measuring something that small. I would worry more about cleanliness. Lol.
