[Ro...]
Hi all I'm setting up a 5+1 rack on an O-Inspect 322. I'm having an issue where picking up or parking a probe in position 1 only triggers an error. The error (6 command rejected, cancel(D99...) recognised) pops up immediately, but it still parks the probe, then it trips the red traffic light and displays the error (Stylus system change Error status during sync). This is only happening with position 1, the other four slots are working fine (the sixth slot is a holder only, no CNC). I've tried it on a few different stylus, including the master probe. [Da...]
Have you tried to put something in the 6th slot? It could be that your machine is calling the #1 slot the holder. Just tossing out an idea.
[Cl...]
I have the same sensor rack on my 322. It is on the X- side running in the Y direction. The last bay has a sticker that states No CNC. Are you able to use all six bays? Were is you rack located?
[Ro...]
Please sign in to view this quote. It won't go to the 6th position, as it is outside the machine volume. I assigned a probe to position six, and it just traveled to position 5 and sat there.
[Ro...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Hi, I have it mounted on left running in the Y direction (necessary for my setup). I can assign a probe to each slot, but it won't travel to the sixth position as it is outside the machine volume. It is happy to go to position one and pick up and drop off, but it generates that error and triggers the red traffic light.
